Returns Policy

All items can be returned within 30 days for a full refund regardless of whether or not the item is faulty or not.

Please contact us 1st to inform us that of your return if you need to return something.

Delivery

Items are generally in stock. We post the same day by either Royal Mail 1st class recorded or special delivery for UK orders.

For larger orders please select Special Delivery to ensure your package is sufficiently insured.

For orders abroad we use either Royal Mail International signed for post or TNT Express. The option is there for you to also choose.

Orders within the UK typically are delivered within 1 working day.

Orders outside the UK to Europe usually arrive in approximately 1 week. Outside of Europe up to 2 weeks.
